We are seeking a Salesforce Application Analyst to become our Pluralsight Content business domain specialist, dedicated to maximizing the efficiency and value of Salesforce.com and related internal systems that run our business. As an Application Analyst, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and advocate to our Content business leaders, and a partner to the support and delivery team crafting the solutions. What you'll own:

  • Lead key meetings with our business partners including scoping sessions, Sprint Reviews, system demos, User Acceptance Testing, and end user training.
  • Drive projects from discovery through delivery. Capture functional and non-functional requirements, collaborating with the delivery teams to define Epics and User stories to support the business in meeting their objectives.
  • Partner with the application Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog and support backlog with consideration of departmental and company-wide objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of various business unit's processes and goals, documenting these processes in our technical library.
  • Seek opportunities for improvement, redefining unofficial, disorganized processes into feature enhancements in Salesforce and other systems, and promoting to the business.
  • Monitor support queues and communication channels to provide Tier I support and triage issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.


Experience you'll need:

  • Requires a 5+ years of progressive experience as an Application Analyst, Administrator or Product Manager working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or CPQ; or proven rapid progression and demonstrated ability.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator desirable.
  • Proven track record of analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Experience working on a Scrum Team.
  • Experience working on internationally dispersed, remote teams.
