About the Opportunity 

• Serve as a system administrator for our Salesforce environment with 400+ users
• Participate in planning process for upgrades, seasonal releases, and long-term projects
• Create and manage scalable workflows, automations and processes in the system while maintaining data integrity and increasing end user efficiency

How You Will Take Flight With Flock

• Handle all administrative functions including user maintenance, page layouts, reports and dashboards, record deduplication, creation of fields and other routine tasks. 
• Maintain Salesforce for integrity, accuracy and cleanliness using deduplication tools
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and create scalable solutions
• Implement, manage and improve and Salesforce integrations with tech stack
• Provide day-to-day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce. 
• Document changes and customizations made in Salesforce

About You

• 2 or more years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce certification as Administrator or Advanced Administrator
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Project management experience
• Ability and willingness to work in a remote-first environment
