As a GP CoE Business Process Manager at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties that plan, enable, and coordinate the successful performance of the functions they support. Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of process improvements which includes identifying process weaknesses and gaps, brainstorming solutions, coordinating implementation, documentation of new processes and close documentation gaps in existing processes. You will be responsible for participating in department and area projects to ensure continuous improvement opportunities are identified, developed, and implemented for the overall success of the company.
Perform Fulfillment Processes to Meet Service Level Commitments:

  • Provide Administrative, Functional, and Project Support to Optimize Procurement Services
  • Support procurement programs to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Govern functional processes by developing business rules that drive consistent interpretation of performance and ensure understanding of expectations
  • Evaluate processes and propose changes or enhancements to help achieve goals
  • Align cross-functional business process management approaches
  • Facilitate root cause analysis
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement projects
  • Provide Administrative, Functional and Project Support to Optimize Procurement Services
  • Support Procurement Programs to Ensure Accuracy and Integrity
  • Provide Administrative Support on PCard Program


Provide Administrative, Functional and Project Support to Optimize Procurement Services:

  • Continuously engage with procurement leadership and cross functional business clients to drive best practice adoption, optimized system utilization and continuous process improvement outcomes.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of Procurement processes that promote efficient and effective performance.
  • Analyzing performance gaps to identify wasteful and inefficient points in the process & diagnosing root cause problems. Recommending process, methods, system & capability solutions to sustain performance improvement that satisfies the business requirements and recognizes a return on investment.
  • Maintain and continuously improve knowledge of relevant Procurement processes.
  • Provide mentoring and consultation on related Procurement processes.
