The Roadshow Coordinator manages the organization of client meetings for 30-40 traveling Research Analysts to meet with existing and prospective clients. This position requires extensive communication skills to facilitate between Sales and Analyst Teams. The best candidate will be incredibly organized for their own activities to build and support a structure works for both sales and analysts. Be proactive ensuring planned trips are fully booked well in advance, and can jump in and pull together a last minute trip as needed. Leverage in-house SalesForce analytics to optimize analyst time and focus meeting efforts
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Meeting coordination - Work in conjunction with Sales and Research Analysts to arrange travel meetings of current and prospective clients.
- Coordinate meeting times and feasibility based upon travel, demand and client/sales availability.
- Internal Client Services - Extensive contact with Sales Teams and traveling Analysts; must be able to balance internal client's needs and the greatest business value; must be professional, responsive and polite in a fast pace environment.
- Work closely with Bookings Administrator to ensure alignment of travel plans and meeting bookings.
- Proactively ensure traveling analysts time is managed to greatest effectiveness.
