We have a Risk Engineering Service Operations Service Associateopening. Office Location Dallas, Texas.

The main function of a Risk Engineering Operations Service Associate 1 is to provide administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions for the Risk Engineers.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as, maintaining records management systems including working with Google Maps to pull elevation and flood zones to provide to the Risk Engineers.

  • The Risk Engineering Services Assistant will be collecting data and generating corresponding reports in a predetermined format.
  • This will occur by utilizing various company databases, the internet and the Insured website to gather information needed by Risk Engineering Specialists.
  • Associate will be data mining in various Chubb proprietary systems

Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word (using pre-determined templates and updating information as needed), Excel (Data Mining and entering needed information onto EXCEL Document which will not need to be manipulated).

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years experience required.
