Rewards Equity Senior Manager

As part of our team, you'll help our clients determine their compensation structure, executive pay packages, legal and regulatory requirements, tax implications, and financial reporting and accounting advice.

- Defining projects based on application of robust knowledge of equity/stock based compensation;
- Defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results;
- Engaging proactively with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations;
- Demonstrating active listening skills to gain understanding of key customer and market issues;
- Designing appropriate analysis for diagnostics and implementation, analyzing and interpreting ambiguous and complex information and relationships;
- Articulating clearly PwC's value-propositions and preparing final drafts of major deliverables assuring quality control;
- Anticipating client needs, recognizing and acting on opportunities to enhance client service and expand the scope of engagement;
- Managing and communicating with stakeholders to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support;
- Assisting in financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing, and collections;
- Leveraging the firm's benchmark data in new business development, diagnostic, and implementation situations, and consistently contributing relevant materials to build the firm's intellectual property; and,

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and understanding in:
- Demonstrating experience with equity/stock based compensation (domestic and international treatment);
- Applying knowledge of employer payroll/tax/compliance obligations for stock plans (domestic and global), including payroll administration/process for equity/stock based compensation;
- Working with different equity administration vendors and knowledge of industry practices;
- Demonstrating experience with payroll administration, day to day processes, and understanding the payroll life cycle and challenges;
- Demonstrating knowledge of employee tax and compliance obligations for equity/stock based compensation;
- Supporting equity/stock based compensation transfer/conversion in merger and acquisition transactions;
- Applying knowledge of compensation tax, policy research, analysis and working with complex tax issues;
- Applying experience with Financial Wellness programs to provide broad based and executive education and guidance on benefit plans and total rewards; and,
- Applying experience with Broad based Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits. qualified and non-qualified plans, executive compensation and health & welfare arrangements, compensation plan design, theories, common practices and administration.
