The Reward Manager will report into the Reward Director of Post Trade and Capital Markets, and work closely with Reward colleagues in the US to provide coverage both divisionally and geographically. The role holder will work closely with the HR business partner group to provide reward expertise and support in line with business requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage large datasets and analyse the information to present findings, comparisons and recommendations in a concise and user-friendly format.
  • Carry out Reward-specific analyses, e.g. scenario modelling, M&A, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Play a key role in annual salary review and annual bonus funding analysis.
  • Develop information and presentations/recommendation for annual merit (base pay) increases,
  • Produce ad hoc management information deck for senior management as required.
  • Knowledge and experience of international compensation practice and trends required.
  • Provide analytical support around key strategic projects
  • Utilise external market benchmarking data to provide analytical and complex modelling to support the design of a Reward framework
  • Support the upkeep of the recent job architecture framework put in place by reviewing job descriptions, levelling roles on an ad hoc basis
  • Partner with HRIS and Reward as necessary to implement solutions in Workday and related platforms
  • Provide day to day reward support on ad hoc requests in support of ongoing business needs
  • Acts as the primary contact for US Regulatory compliance for reward matters
  • Performs compliance analysis on an as needed basis


Minimum Requirements
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manipulate and present large volume of data
  • Experience in supporting Group wide compensation programmes, ideally within a global, matrix and regulated environment. Preferably in Financial Services or Consultancy
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Proven track record in collaboration and prioritization
  • Experience in supporting Group wide compensation programmes, ideally within a global, matrix and regulated environment. Preferably in Financial Services or Consultancy
  • Significant stakeholder management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to convert data into actionable information.
  • Demonstrated ability to re-prioritize as demands shift.
  • Degree or equivalent and / or relevant vocational qualification
