The Revenue Support Associate contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively performing financial tasks. We are looking for someone who has general knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles as well as the desire and initiative to own and improve existing financial processes.

 Your Responsibilities:

• Primary contact for finance support requests.
• Access Stripe and create invoices, make charges to customer credit cards and give refunds as needed.
• Responsible for sending monthly invoices, including those that have to be customized for customer requirements.
• Track significant customer contracts and work with Controller to ensure customer is being billed correctly in accordance with their contract.
• Track historical billings, and ensuring the customer is being billed in accordance with their contract.
• Monitor accounting support emails and call line and provide customers with requested support
• Provide evidence to Stripe for disputes
• Assist Levelset’s Customer Success group with collections as necessary. 

 What You Bring

•  Bachelor/Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experience
• 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable, collections or related experience
• Eager to learn and jump into a fast-paced work environment
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• A desire to take ownership of and improve existing procedures and processes
• Experience with Stripe and Netsuite is desired but not required
• Team player with a positive and upbeat attitude

• Compensation: $27,500 - $57,500 OTE
