ClickUp is looking for a highly motivated Go-To-Market Tools Enablement Manager with a strong attention to detail to join our Revenue Operations team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, and professional services teams and leadership to drive GTM tool enablement and ensure the success of each organization and company wide goals.
The Role:
- Build and communicate GTM tool enablement roadmap and implement best practices to ensure optimal outcomes (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Chorus.ai, etc.).
- Partner closely with business stakeholders across various departments to align GTM tools to company wide goals and desired outcomes.
- Assist in implementing the change management required for successful GTM tool enablement and adoption.
- Manage GTM tool license allocation and enable end users to be successful across all revenue functions (sales, client success, marketing, and professional services).
- Manage procurement, implementation, and adoption of GTM tools and identify KPI's to track progress.
- Partner closely with Business Systems team to ensure successful deployment and ongoing maintenance of GTM tools.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in SaaS with a deep understanding of GTM tools and best practices.
- Bachelors Degree in a business or STEM-related degree (e.g. business, economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or data science) or very strong analytical career experience.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including senior leadership and cross-functional teams, and simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with Salesforce to drive GTM initiatives.
- Strong organization skills with an acute ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Keen desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment, a high level of comfort with ambiguity, and proactive affinity for breaking down complex problems and constructing meaningful solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the task management space in a revenue operations role.
- Previous experience in a technical project manager role.
