If you’re excited to accelerate the growth of one of the world's fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies, we have a spot for you on our team. This position is based in the remote US and reports to the Sr. Director, Revenue Planning. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee a team of Planning Operations specialists. The team is focused on case management, monthly/quarterly cadences, or projects to improve our approach to case management or business process. This includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Account & Contact data management: updates to ACV, account names, firmographic information, and hierarchies, merging duplicate accounts, supporting data imports, and helping audit BPO-enhanced accounts

  • Territory management: territory carves and logic (support), reporting, account assignment, territory assignment

  • Commission crediting: splits, manager overrides, holdovers, average calculations, qualified by (SDR), CSQL funnel metrics

  • ROEs: policy documentation, committee management, governance, and violation documentation

  • Quota management: quota governance (master quota file/employee roster), Clari uploads, quota change process, submissions to commissions

  • SPIFF: quarterly management and administration, budget tracking and planning, payroll submissions

  • User data: managing the accuracy of user data for sales and cs organizations, employee movement, and ongoing changes

What we're looking for:

  • Management first, with a focus on leadership. The nature of the role works with less tenured Revenue Operations employees, so a strong skill set in training and development and managing performance is required.

  • As we look to develop our talent, there needs to be aware of how to shift between mentorship and coaching and allow the team to identify the best approach.

  • Understanding of relevant revenue operations processes and best practices across territory management, account/data enrichment, rules, and policies, crediting, and reporting

  • Intermediate Salesforce understanding of objects, fields, reports, and how we use them daily. This role does not do configuration directly, but should be able to discuss issues/root cause is important as we work within systems and alongside systems teams

  • Ability to assess the issues in front (primarily in the case management and RTB cadences), help the team identify root cause issues we might have, and form recommendations that address the immediate need and build for scale

  • Forming recommendations on how to improve processes within the primary responsibilities and then working cross-functionally to successfully execute
