About the Role:
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-directed Revenue Operations Manager to support our rapidly growing Go-to-Market (GTM) organization and play a critical role in improving our operational workflows, processes, and initiatives. The Revenue Operations team is at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Customer Solutions, Alliances, and Marketing and strives to deliver excellence across our Revenue teams. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about uncovering inefficiencies, delivering solutions, and seeks to streamline processes across the entire organization. They will be collaborative and analytical when solving problems and resilient, resourceful, and tenacious when working cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and operational excellence and thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments. They will leverage their creative expertise to think strategically on processes and execute the details. Through a sense of curiosity and continued collaboration, the Revenue Operations Manager will drive impact and up-level our revenue teams.
This is a full-time position preferably based out of our Denver or Oakland office. Remote candidates who strongly match the desired skills will be considered.
What You’ll Do:
- Become an expert on Fivetran’s tech stack, reporting tools, revenue teams, and supporting processes/workflows through training, self-study, and initiative
- Enhance revenue teams' operational efficiency by proactively identifying and implementing improvements that support the rapid growth of our organization
- Collaborate with GTM Leadership and stakeholders to initiate and optimize process and system improvements for the revenue and supporting teams
- Work on a variety of projects/initiatives and gather requirements across diverse teams to translate business needs into scalable, cohesive, forward-looking solutions that solve real issues impacting our internal/external customers
- Create reporting, evaluate and implement new and existing tools, document processes and suggest improvements to optimize and scale with the growing business
- Maintain multiple Slack channels and existing RevOps processes to support the RevOps and GTM teams on a day-to-day basis
- Build strong relationships with revenue leaders and individuals globally across the organization
- Apply and expand knowledge of project management principles and problem-solving techniques to consistently guide work and meet project goals
Skills We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience working in Salesforce as a power user or administrator, preferably in a SaaS or Tech environment
- You have a demonstrated ability to tackle new challenges and solve complex problems using creativity and business acumen
- You are an effective communicator who possesses the skills to excel quickly in complex, fast-paced environments
- You are a team player who is adept at building relationships across all levels of the organization and thrive independently and alongside others
- You are curious, resourceful, and self-motivated - you take pride in the quality of your work
- You have experience using or administering different business systems and integration (e.g., Salesloft, Chorus, D&B, ZoomInfo, LeanData, etc.)
- You have proficiency with Microsoft Excel to assess, manipulate, and analyze data
- You are extremely organized, detail oriented, and data driven
