Retention Operations Support Senior Representative - Work from home

Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor to support Retention Operations production efforts. Responsibilities may include:
- Evaluating call trackers from Customer Service and assigning properly to outbound engagement representatives
- Managing Retention voicemail box for customer calls and assigning callbacks appropriately
- Monitoring multiple SharePoint lists for separate call campaigns; upload new calls; assign calls to representatives; re-assign calls as needed
- Executing routine production reporting
Completes day-to-day business support tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions. Has a high-level of proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable work experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is required
- Has the ability to keep up with a fast-paced working environment
- Proactively anticipates needs of the team - always thinking ahead
- Is a highly motivated self-starter who is organized
- Prior Project/Operations Support experience preferred
- Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
This is a remote position
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of $22 - $34, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
