About the Role
As a Reseller Support Engineer Manager, you will drive excellence for our organization as you lead a team of high performing Reseller Support Engineers. You will engage in the monitoring and oversight of all reseller, partner, PFAC & ISV operations related events and actively participate as needed. You must be willing to not only oversee but to participate in the day-to-day work being performed, well informed about any variety of ongoing issues, communications with peers across Fiserv and the hiring and development of your staff.
Responsibilities:• Accomplish company and department objectives by managing staff, planning and continual evaluation of area of responsibility by actively identifying gaps in processes, opportunities for improvement and ways to improve synergies across multiple organizations• Coaches, counsels' staff on a regular cadence to ensure personal growth, career growth, consistency in work to achieve organizational goals• Identify ways to improve the merchant experience and work with the relevant teams to implement these opportunities• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Ops, QA, Payments, Billing and Customer Support to ensure coordinated responsiveness and active engagement in product launches to provide operational direction globally• Identify ways to improve the merchant experience and work with the relevant teams to implement these opportunities
Requirements:• Must be employee development focused, willing to engage actively in employee driven goal achievement, ensuring performance consistency and willing to drive improvements to policies, procedures and productivity standards• Fiscally aware of cost associated with underperformance, gaps in process/procedure, headcount overall• Verbal and Writing skills to effectively communicate with all levels of Management.• An ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance while adjusting to rapidly changing requirements
