  • Requirements Manager / Lead will be involved with the development of the semi and fully autonomous driver assistance systems (ADAS).
  • The Requirements Manager Supports the SystemTPM in defining and maintaining the Requirements Management Process. Responsible for driving, defining and maintaining the consistency of all the product (MEC, SW, SYS, Testing and EE) requirements.
  • Requirements Manager ensures the consistency of the overall requirements and monitors full horizontal and vertical traceability for the overall product (not only System Requirements)

Your challenges?

  • Drives overall requirements management activities (Stakeholder, Sys, SW, EE, ME, FuSa, Testing).
  • Defines the RMP and aligns how attributes will be handled along with FOs, SW, EE, ME and Test requirements.
  • Defines Requirements life cycle status (RMP)
  • Works as interface to internal teams and external stakeholders and suppliers for requirements exchanges
  • Create documents Collection (DTL)
  • Manage and track changes respective to documents version
  • Allocates Stakeholder requirements for analysis (starting from DTL Allocation) to the System team (customer functions (Under Function Lead responsibility) and product supporting function (under Product System Engineer responsibility)
  • Contributes to and maintains Document Tracking List [DTL], Requirements Management Plan [RMP], Stakeholder requirements Specification [StRS]. Requirements Traceability KPI's on all levels of engineering.
  • Supervises traceability between stakeholder, system and metier requirements (not responsible for creating traceability links)
  • Coordinates review of the system (element) requirements with other members of the team (e.g. Function Lead, Function Owners FOs, System Architect, System Tester, Sw, HW, etc)
  • Create traceability reports and metrics [End to End traceability]
  • Reports overall (Stakeholder, System , Software, Mechanical, Electrical) requirements metrics
  • Reacts on SIQ requests related to requirement management and to participate to SIQ meetings
  • Local travel to Customer Development Center as required.



Let's talk about you

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical/Systems Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science.
  • 5 years experience with automotive OEM or Tier 1 managing system requirements with a knowledge of Automotive Systems Design.
  • Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering and Requirements/Test Case Management using tools such as DOORS or similar.
  • Experienced with FMEAs, ASPICE.
  • Understanding of system requirements writing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication/reporting skills
  • Good knowledge of the requirement management Tool skilled at scripting
