Job Description:

Role Summary/Purpose:

This Messaging Representative position is responsible to deliver to existing partners the benefits of our products so that they will in turn drive product engagement within their business. This role will partner with our various sales teams and Sales Leaders to provide consultation, analytics, program awareness and reporting to the clients within the assigned accounts to increase Applications, Sales and/or Engagement for the portfolio.

This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telephone consultations with clients on assigned accounts to educate on the value of credit (i.e. benefits, strategies, rates, terms and conditions) and how to best use to improve their financial offerings.
  • As a front-line representative, you will be assigned a directory of existing business partners to contact within a specified timeframe to ensure that they have an awareness and understanding of all active sales campaigns relevant to their business market
  • Your performance will be measured against call time, number of dials and contacts made to customers.
  • Provide a superior professional customer experience while engaging with client partners.
  • Establish rapport and credibility with a wide variety of customer types.
  • Utilize all product knowledge and documentation to provide customers with product recommendations appropriate for their needs.
  • Generate incremental revenue for client partners.
  • Receive and implement constructive feedback from sales managers and coaches.
  • Receive and manage inbound calls from client contacts related to Marketing campaigns, training follow up, general program questions or client concerns.
  • Assist in client escalation and resolution processes.
  • Deliver on Quality Assurance standards set forth by the organization
  • Capture all client interactions in Salesforce.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-year Call Center experience required.
  • The required availability hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm EST with the willingness to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends
  • Demonstrated ability to use various software programs such as: SFDC, Outlook, and Seismic to deliver and track messaging output.


Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor's degree or within 2 Years to completion of degree.
  • Spanish & English fluency
  • Professional and consultative selling skills with emphasis on influencing others to take action
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Analytical thinker with excellent presentation, organization, follow-up, communication and time management skills
  • CRM experience (SFDC preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced and pressured work environment


Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
