Why Divvy?

Over the past decade, millions of Americans have been forced to put their dreams of homeownership on hold. Home prices have outpaced wage growth while mortgage requirements continue to tighten. As a result, renters are missing out on a critical wealth-building opportunity: owning a home.

At Divvy, we're building an on-ramp to homeownership – one that's more affordable, more flexible, and an overall better fit for the modern American family – and it’s working.

In this position you would be responsible for overseeing the initial repair process, maintenance of the property, and any additional service request that occurs prior to buy-back. Additionally, this role would be responsible for the overall development and execution of market specific operations and work in lock-step with Inspections and Closing teams to ensure Divvy is purchasing quality homes that have an impact on all Divvy customers. You must be willing to travel to neighboring cities, create and maintain relationships with key vendors, and execute Divvy’s vision within your market. The job includes both hands-on and administrative duties and requires regular on-site visits within the region and you must have a passion for customer service, ensuring that each property is well cared for and maintained for all future homeowners. The position includes benefits, competitive salary, paid time-off and reports to the Home Operations Manager - Repairs, Turns, & Renovations.
