Renewal Force Associate
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of Surety clients. This will involve building relationships and working closely with client-decision makers, submitting requests for renewal issuance on our client's behalf in accordance with our SLA's and SOPs. The Role
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Submitting requests for issuance of renewals with mindfulness of accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with resolution of client/carrier issues
- Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, client managers and other team members
- Take the initiative to actively assist in execution and quality functions during peak times
- Actively assist and mentor less experienced team members
- Prepare written correspondence, reports and analysis as needed for management
- Participate in internal and external meetings
- Maintain client confidentiality
The Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong customer service, presentation and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- 1-2+ years' experience working with Surety
- Licensed Property/Casualty Producer
- Experience working with Epic and Sure Path
