Position Summary
As a Solution Architect, you will focus on end-to-end design for larger integrated projects and programs according to the priorities set by the Regional Functional Relationship Manager community. You will participate in discovery initiatives working collaboratively with like-minded architects internally in Supply Chain as well as with Transversal teams to deliver leading edge designs that exceed business expectations as priority by maximizing the re-use of existing products and services. In addition, you will drive additions to the product roadmaps incorporating digital, automation, analytics, and innovation to ensure maximum business value. In this role, you will also work hand in hand with the Global Supply Chain Architects to share best practices and ensure alignment to the global product vision and roadmap while in close collaboration with the Product Owners.
This position is open to any location in the US as a fully remote opportunity with occasional travel.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and suggests proposed solutions during the discovery phase of the process delivering pre-analysis of trade-offs to decision-makers.
  • Drives the delivery of documented end to end business blueprints including identifying a design approach which delivers against business needs in support of integrated projects and programs.
  • Helps identify product evolution / backlog needs and assists in the planning of the backlog, identifying and integrating the needed business communities in the definition of user stories as well as measure of success.
  • Identifies and brings collaboration between respective products to support points of integration needs, both within Supply Chain and across dependent end to end streams.
  • Participates in the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.
  • Assists delivery leads in collaboration with product owners to provide partner flex capacity needs including the cost to build.
  • Defines and ensures adherence to the guidelines, standards and solution patterns to secure product-based decisions that are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.


Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in any IT solution design and development disciplines, such as technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management and/or operations.
  • Experience in solution design and development for at least 2 Supply Chain domains (ie: Customer Service, Demand Supply Planning, Global Logistics, Procurement, etc.).
  • Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, or a related study.
  • Experience with Cloud Platform solutions as it relates to ERP
  • Data and analytics experience

This position is fully remote and can offer a starting salary of $129,909
