Job Description
As a Relationship Manager III with Frost, you will be responsible for customers' total relationship with the bank. Responsibilities will include selling all bank products and servicing the customers' needs; calling on prospects that are potentially profitable to the bank; growing existing relationships while rendering excellent customer service; maintaining the best interest of the bank and customers in all matters; and functioning from time to time as a coach to mentor less experienced Relationship Bankers. The candidate will bring about a timely and satisfactory resolution to all customer complaints, reach and maintain minimum portfolio size within a specified time frame, and closely monitor the assigned loan portfolio for any deterioration in repayment ability.
Required:
- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- Manage one to four Relationship Managers, or 5+ years lending experience at Frost Bank or another institution
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 hours in Accounting
