Regional Manager, Partnerships - East

Gopuff’s Strategy team is seeking a Regional Manager, Partnerships to foster and grow relationships with new brand partners nationwide. You’ll manage, train, and grow a team of deal closers and account managers. Experience leading and building teams in a high growth environment is a must. We are looking for a resourceful candidate who is data driven, creative, a problem-solver, and a self-starter.

This role can be based in Miami, Fl, Philadelphia, PA or New York, New York.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a regional team of deal-closers and account managers (full deal cycle)
- Build strategy and execute on post-close brand management and marketing initiatives
- Manage your team’s pipeline and pacing toward revenue goals
- Hire and train new team members and retain existing talent
- Negotiate a mutually beneficial and collaborative go-to-market plan; set the partnership up for success
- Lead cross-functional projects to develop efficient, scalable processes to shift into a high-growth model
- Be customer obsessed and a great relationship builder
- Strong execution and ability to deliver on tasks at hand
- Gain expertise in local fresh food and CPG opportunities within each market
- Build success metrics and reporting; drive toward revenue and user acquisition goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years Sales or Partnerships experience
- Minimum 4 years managing and leading a team of deal closers or account managers
- Experience with brand management, marketing partnerships, and CPG/Food partnerships will help you succeed
- Proven record of managing pipeline and exceeding goalsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve complex problems creatively
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience within food and beverage preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable addressing challenges with ambiguous or incomplete information
- Thrive in a scrappy, high-growth environment
- Excellent communicator; strong business verbal/written communication and presentation skills; effective at delivering executive level presentations
