The Service Excellence organization is looking for a regional infrastructure leader to assess, remediate, and monitor site health of key sites within the Americas, with primary focus on the United States.

This position will lead a team of infrastructure site managers, build an inclusive environment to foster collaboration, and deploy a common services model with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, safety, and compliance.

Close collaboration across Digital Technology functions is paramount to ensure strategic alignment while delivery day-to-day operational tasks.

Key esponsibilities:

  • Deploy a culture of collaboration and sharing amongst the infrastructure site leads to increase productivity and efficiencies in addressing common tasks (compliance/audit, vendor oversight, asset inventory, etc).
  • Assess site support levels, identify gaps, and remediate through staffing or contractors.
  • Oversee NEXT lounge (DT Support walk up center) strategy and operations with a focus on delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational review/oversight of field technicians• Develop system/process to maintain site inventory for North America.
  • Resource planning for new site activation.
  • Talent development and retention.
  • Build relationship with key business relationship managers to ensure alignment on services provided and performance• Be a self-starter, able to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure that the site complies with laws, industry best practices, Raytheon Technologies and Pratt & Whitney policies, and architectural standards.
  • Facilitate site audits and ensure corrective actions are completed on time.
  • Act as an escalation point for any infrastructure issues.
  • The position requires strong teamwork and communication, and collaboration with site management, outsourced IT partners, customers, security, compliance officials and other members of the DT organization. A strong desire to continue to learn and remain on the forefront of relevant technologies is essential.



Location: Remote. Near Dallas, TX or Middletown, CT preferred.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related experience OR advanced degree with 5+ years of related experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degrees preferred.
  • Project Management/ITIL certifications a plus.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow, or other similar Service Desk tools.
  • Experience within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
  • Highly self-directed and able to learn quickly with a solid ability to drive and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical skills, demonstrated organizational and leadership skills, examples of effective teamwork, a track record of consistently meeting deadlines and due dates.
  • You're comfortable working with minimal daily supervision and to balance numerous priorities.
  • Superb communication skills, written and verbal, with ability communicate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization.
  • Six-Sigma, Process Improvement, or Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Associate Certification is preferred along with a proven track record of cost savings and continuous improvement accomplishments.
  • Executive presentation experience and comfortable interacting with senior executive leadership. Lead, facilitate and manage change effectively.
