We are looking for a Regional Director of Operations to lead our Omaha Metro team

Regional Directors of Operations

• Inspire their team to provide excellent resident care and achieve operational excellence, census goals and financial objectives.
• Establish and evolve positive relationships with OnCare Home Health, vendors and third party providers.
• Proactively lead, direct and oversee multiple communities in accordance with company expectations and state regulations.
• Implement operational processes, procedures and best practices and ensure that consistent processes are applied throughout the communities.
• Coach leaders to effectively identify, investigate, navigate, and resolve resident, employee, management and operational issues.
• Ensure communities are sufficiently staffed with highly engaged and trained associates.
• Oversee and monitor community and regional financials, resident census and staff scheduling to ensure operational efficiency.

Excellent candidates will possess:

• 5+ years of experience leading a team in senior living or a related industry. Management of a multi-site operational role preferred.
• An Assisted Living Administrators license or certification for the state of operations OR be able to obtain one within 6 months.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Health care administration, Business, Nursing, Therapy, Social Work or a related field.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
