Bento Box is looking for a Production Record Coordinator for the upcoming 2D animated comedy series, Grimsburg! Coordinator must have animation experience and a solid knowledge of organizational principles and professionalism. This role requires a strong communicator with a firm ability to think on their feet. Employee will be responsible for pipeline tracking in a demanding, fast-paced environment. The Coordinator works with a team to coordinate actor schedules, recording studio booth schedules as well the execs schedules for records. This position will require managing trackers, heavy scheduling, and attending the record sessions via Zoom to do circle takes. Resourcefulness, creativity and calm thinking under pressure are a must! 

Note: This is NOT an entry-level position

Responsibilities:

• Work cooperatively with Production Manager, Producers and support staff
• Work with closely with casting department to book actors
• Heavy scheduling
• Take circle takes during records
• Download/Upload dialogue files as needed
• Actor paperwork and time cards
• Prep scripts for records (highlight lines for actors, etc.)
• Identify, manage and report potential issues to Production Manager in a timely, calm and clear manner
• Schedule and maintain record google calendar
• Manage invites, create zoom links, and follow-ups as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have experience as Production Coordinator for 2D animation, preferably series
• Advanced knowledge in Google Suite, Excel, Final Draft, Google Calendars
• A strong willingness/ability to learn
• Strong organization skills
