Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Ensure the smooth delivery of all company wide recognition programs to employees.
- Delegate appropriate tasks/duties as needed to other recognition team members.
- Deliver an excellent recognition experience for all company sponsored plans (annual service reward, million mile achievement reward, etc.)
- Develop and implement user friendly processes that enable employees to select gift or award.
- Resolve complaints from employees.
- Advocate Swift goals with designated vendors relating to quality of awards, delivery and distribution.
- Ensure recognition database is maintained and provides employees with appropriate gift or award based on years of service, or driver achievement, etc.)
- Maintain employee data regarding award eligibility.
- Track expenditures and ensure cost assigned to correct GL.
- Communicate achievements to leadership and provide guidance on best way to recognize the individual's achievement.
- Adhere to and effectively communicate the recognition program award eligibility criteria and guidelines.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objective.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- 2+ years experience in recruiting, and/or call center and/or other employee focused role.
- Experience in transportation industry preferred.
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
- Must possess exceptional organizational skills.
- Must possess strong communication skills.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be a team player.
