Real Estate Administration Manager
Our Opportunity:
At our Dania Beach, Florida headquarters, this Real Estate Administration Manager III role will be responsible for project management of departmental and cross functional special projects, in partnership with the VP, Real Estate, develop all White Papers for all departmental projects, administrator of all departmental software platforms, and management of office space capacity planning/ headcount forecasting for the company.
What You’ll do:
- Strategic, process driven project management that is inclusive of all departmental and cross functional projects
- Work side by side with the VP, Real Estate, developing and executing all white papers for both department and cross functional projects
- Work side by side with department leaders on process, planning, and strategic growth forecasting plans
- Owner of capacity planning, headcount forecast and delineation for the organization. Cross functional inputs from TA, Finance, and RE
- Represent the RE/Procurement org in company engagement, DEI, and team building activities or groups
- Department IT liaison and support department software platforms
- Owner of Facilities Management software platform – responsible for ensuring platform is performing correctly, resolving any issues that arise, and participating in any/all QBRs
- Owner of RE/Procurement contract/signatory management system, responsible for ensuring platform is performing correctly, resolving any issues that arise, and participating in any/all QBRs
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years project management experience
- Project planning and organization experience
- SaaS Software admin experience
- Ability to manage a cross functional team
- Document structure and writing skill set
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and dedication
- Experience with vendor management
- Ability to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skill set (Excel/Word) a requirement
- AutoCAD experience a plus
- Position may require travel
