Are you looking for a steady income in the real estate industry? Do you find joy in the art of negotiating? Our Sales team is looking for a real estate sales professional to join our expanding group. You will work as a Buyer’s Agent acquiring properties while supporting our company brand.

What you’ll need to have:

• 2-5+ years of experience in real estate sales or related sales/customer service
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Hold a current real estate license in any state is helpful but not required
• Ability to collaborate and network to build lasting relationships with a variety of contacts to deliver outstanding customer service
• Document preparation of contracts and addendums as needed
• Maintaining deadlines and ensuring expectations are met on or before the deadline date
• Adaptability to changes in policies and procedures
• Knowledge of terms and principles associated with real estate preferred
• Proficient in MS Office suite with emphasis on Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks
• Analytical mind and strong negotiating skills
• The ability to interact well with senior management
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as a team and individually
