The Mission:
The Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) Intelligence Support Services Contract (CISSC) provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.

More About the Role:
Reachback Operations perform the following:
- Analyze all source reporting, develop actionable products and deliver feedback to collectors through evaluations and source directed requirements.
- Support CI screenings and operations by identifying individuals with CI concerns, posing as insider threats or possible MCC leads.
- Receive, vet, prioritize, and process requests for information and/or OIR J2X customer requirements.
- Support HUMINT Operations by identifying MSO leads and providing analytical support to operations.
You'll Bring These Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR 8 years relevant management experience
- At least 8 years' experience with former MOS 35L, 35M, 351L/M, 97B, 97E, 35E, or civilian 1811/0132 (equivalent to GG-14 level) OR other DoD/Joint service equivalent specialty codes such as 18F = SF INTEL NCO or 180A SF WO with ASOT-III, or USAF 7XOS1 - Special Investigator (SI) or 1N7X1 Human Intelligence Specialist
- Special skills or qualifications -
- Experience in a remote/deployed location.
- Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team
- Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and current information automation and dissemination (KM) tools such as SharePoint or other KM tools
- Experience supporting CI/HUMINT operations OR acting in the capacity of / performing the mission of a CI agent
- Possess expert level CI/HUMINT knowledge and abilities
- Have familiarity with Coalition operations and staff procedures
- Experience and familiarity with theater and division level CI/HUMINT operations
- Proven abilities in planning and conduct of CI/HUMINT operations
- Able to interact with senior government of military leadership
- Proficient at briefing senior government or military leadership at or above the COL/06 level
