Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a Quality Insights and Metrics Manager in Enterprise Quality (EQ) - Insights. You will be part of a team that is responsible for enabling the acceleration of data capabilities within the organization. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives for quality performance measures, metrics, and KPIs. This includes designing, building, and supporting the development of the enterprise Quality Performance Index (QPI). In this role, you will be expected to work with cross-functional stakeholders, effectively use analytics tools and technologies, and present information in a clear and compelling format. You will also work closely with the Insights Analytics team to design and deliver reports and dashboard that support data-driven decisions.
This role is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
What You'll Do

  • Understand business needs to gather, analyze, interpret, and communicate data that informs stakeholders at all levels to make data-informed decisions.
  • Establish metrics that support our business needs and customer needs.
  • Prepare project plans with schedules, dependencies, and risks.
  • Develop Quality Performance Index (QPI) frameworks across a variety of dimensions, including hardware manufacturing and software development.
  • Develop quality metrics and frameworks based on product quality, service quality, and SLA's.
  • Develop data models for quality metrics based on enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Collaborate with business units, departments, and groups to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with peers, leaders, and stakeholders to achieve strategic initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and enhance reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and hands-on learning sessions.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Insights to execute strategic initiatives.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in a management role with people management responsibilities.
  • 7+ years of experience managing and delivering cross-functional projects. Project Management Profession (PMP) preferred.
  • Analytics skills with a HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL with a result driven approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proven collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills at all levels within an organization.
  • Experience with business measures, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Experience in Casino Gaming industry is preferred.
  • Experience in Python or R (or other programming languages) highly preferred.
