FIGS is looking to bring on a Quality Assurance Coordinator, Apparel! This role will ensure defined specifications are met in relation to measurements and construction.This is a quality control role focused on the Pre-production and Top of Production samples, as well as various tasks as needed.

 

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Measures PP and TOP samples.
  • Assists in entering sample specs into PLM
  • Compares the samples against the approved measurements and construction to determine if quality expectations are met
  • Organizes production samples
  • Support production and technical teams as needed
  • Assist Senior Quality Control manager on the daily duties
  • Track in-country QC scheduling and update the monthly inspection Calendar
  • Maintain QC master sheet for data analysis
  • Receive and log in incoming PP and TOP samples. Ensure all the samples are measured timely before fitting.
  • Organize production samples.
  • Attend fitting as needed
  • Collaborate with Sourcing team on TOP workmanship and measurement review.
  • Coordinate with Tech team on scheduling production fitting.  
  •  Communicate with vendor on sample tracking and workmanship comments.
  • Support production team as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in similar role
  • 1 year spec experience/product measurement 
  • Ability to work out of Santa Monica office Monday-Friday
