QA Technical Support Lead
Miami, FL
We are:
Wix's Technical Support team within our Customer Care group. Our Experts use their unique understanding of Wix products to provide support via phone, chat, and email to over 200 million users around the world.
We're responsible for collecting valuable user feedback to improve Wix's products, and play a vital part in moving the company forward. We work in small teams to allow everyone to express their creativity and never stop learning.
We have teams in 5 locations (Miami, FL, Denver, CO, Austin, TX, Cedar Rapids, IA, and San Francisco, CA), and are part of a larger global group. We do Tier 3 support, analyzing customer-facing bugs, mitigating them and pushing towards their resolution. We care about improving our user's experience and success!
You are:
A tech-oriented leader with 2-3 years of experience, preferably leading a technical customer-facing team. You have experience with web technologies such as JS/HTML/CSS and HTTP and want to learn more. You're familiar with R&D processes and lifecycle. Your excellent communication skills allow you to build and maintain relationships. You can provide constructive feedback and respond to it just as well. You're methodical, detail oriented, and have experience leading a team in that spirit.
You thrive in a dynamic work environment. You're motivated, independent and good at project management and organization. You believe in data and are passionate about technology's ability to improve people's lives.
As a QA Technical Support Team Lead, you will:

  • Mentor, advise, and lead your team to best support Wix users
  • Set expectations of team performance based on feedback and transparency, while achieving their collective and individual goals
  • Lead by example, handling customer interactions with creative problem solving
  • Interview potential team members during our hiring process
  • Create and maintain relationships with different partners within Wix
  • Participate in global and cross-company projects to improve our products and optimize our users' experience
  • Help your team prioritize tasks and projects
