Infosys is seeking ServiceNow HAM Process Consultant. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with Executive Stakeholders, Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties include working on complex ServiceNow deployments aligned to Industry best practices and translating functional & technical requirements into implementation work package. Should be able to interact with the different architecture, platforms, application and infrastructure teams to understand and design the solution.

Required Qualifications:• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Fremont, CA or REMOTE. This position may require travel in the USA• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology.• Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM Asset and ServiceNow HAMPro Module, Software Catalog on ServiceNow, • Building OOB and Custom integrations on ServiceNow• Should have an understanding of ServiceNow development, including creation of Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules etc.• Development and configuration of Discovery tool integrations (eg: SCCM, Tanium, JAM-F, Casper, Intune etc), Utilizing Integration Hub and Flow designer for building integrations, integration with vendor portal eg: CDW, Dell etc• Should be able to develop ServiceNow integrations based on REST/SOAP API.• Hands on experience on Flow designer.• Client side and server side java scripting.• Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB modules is required• Uni and bi directional integration using SOAP and REST messages.• Should be aware of integration standards and best practices like error handling etc• Unit and regression test implemented solutions as required. Support User Acceptance Tests and implement code into Production.• At least 1 of ServiceNow Admin, ServiceNow Implementation and ServiceNow HAM Specialist Certifications• Expert Proficiency of working with ServiceNow platform for Global Customers

Preferred Qualifications:
• Service Now Implementation experience with best practices - ITIL V3, ITIL V4 preferred• Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand and document technical requirements.• Formulate testing approach, test cases and document them.• Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.• Excellent in Verbal, written communication.• Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).• Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.• Experienced in writing RFPs solutions and presentations during client visits.• Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools• Experience with leading a geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams• Cross functional Knowledge on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
