Infosys is seeking anOracle Techno-functional Architectwith a hands-on experience of Supply chain Management and manufacturing modules. The successful candidate needs an understanding of overall Customer Business Processes and in-depth knowledge with respect to SCM/Manufacturing -Process in retail and manufacturing industries. Selected candidate should be in position to for production support during CST hours who will interface with customers key stakeholders and business to understand the production issues, tickets raised and work with the support team on timely resolution of the same as per the KPI's. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within USA preferable Indianapolis,IN or work during CST hoursor be willing to relocate to the area.This position may require travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7years of IT experience.
- Hands on experience withTechnical background to support Oracle EBS SCM and manufacturing modules.
- Hands on experience in handling SQL, PL/SQL and report development.
- Must have Implementation / upgrade and support experience.
- Strong experience in writing agents/workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Experience on Oracle EBS Modules (SCM/Manufacturing) and experience in implementation, upgrades and support.
- Hands on experience on SQL, PL/SQL.
- Good Working knowledge of integrations, upgrade process and RICE development.
- Very good communication.
- Experience with Production support.
- Ability to interact at all levels of clients' organizations.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in Global Delivery model and coordination with teams at offshore.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
