Q1 FY23 - PCON- SAP HCM Payroll - BNSF
Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP HCM Payroll Consultant.
As a Principal SAP HCM Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your SAP HCM functional proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in delivering solutions for enhancements. Lead validation for all types of support and testing activities related to enhancement.

Basic Qualifications for Principal SAP HCM Payroll Consultant.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology
- This role may require travel to project locations.

Preferred Qualifications for Principal SAP HCM Payroll Consultant.
- At least 11 years of experience in SAP HCM projects
- Good knowledge on Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management & Payroll (US and Canada)
- Knowledge to setup Basic Pay, additional Payments, Recurring Payments and Deduction and Remuneration Statement
- Sound knowledge of payroll Functions and Features for US & Canada
- Working knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema customization
- Knowledge of Integration with Finance
- Knowledge of SF-EC would be added advantage
- Good analytical and Communication skills
- Ability to lead global teams and participate in pre sales activities independently
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
