The Pursuit Domain Knowledge Senior Associate will provide project management and general tactical support for the North American Pursuit and Proposal Team (NPPT) knowledge management platforms, including the NPPT's U.S. and Canadian SharePoint site (Proposal Central) and Contract Express proposal generation tool. This position will assist the Pursuit Domain Knowledge Lead with the architecture and/or new features of the site, system integrations and implementation as it relates to SharePoint, SharePoint Modern, MS PowerPlatform, CRM, CardioLog, etc., maintaining site document/list libraries and helping ensure Proposal Central and all its materials adhere to the firm's risk, compliance and brand/messaging standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in setting technology development strategy for NPPT which includes helping to identify new areas where SharePoint and MS PowerPlatform can be leveraged, how SharePoint and other firm systems (CRM, CardioLog, Contract Express, etc.) can communicate and share information, etc
  • Participate in building new/refreshing SharePoint pages or Power workflow processes based on NPPT and firm's growing needs
  • Provide ongoing addition and maintenance of content in SharePoint document and list libraries
  • Provide regular monitoring to ensure workflow, tasks and navigation are working correctly
  • Maintain and regularly update information on various SharePoint pages in the form of carousels, announcements, etc
  • Assist with the compilation and review of various user reports (using CardioLog) to help maintain effective content management and navigation in order to improve user experience
  • Conducts data-gathering tasks to support Proposal Central site reporting
  • Project manages the annual/bi-annual content quality checks with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Assist with maintaining permissions in SharePoint, Contract Express and Outlook
  • Provide training, guidance and assistance to other RSM employees on how to use Proposal Central and its tools
  • Help write technical documentation or guidance, as needed
  • Perform error identification, investigation and resolution - escalate to Domain Knowledge Manager or IT, as needed
  • Assist with training NPPT members and users on how to use Contracts Express
  • Assist with developing video training sessions for users of the SharePoint site and pursuit request workflow
  • Assist with standing up/monitoring/deleting team project sites
  • Provides SMEs with instructions and ongoing guidance for maintaining their content inventory, as well as helping to identify opportunities to expand or improve their content inventory
  • Coordinates and assists SMEs with monitoring/reviewing their content inventory, ensure adherence to refresh dates
  • Proofs and edits site content and tools in accordance with Associated Press, RSM styles, branding and design guidelines
  • Gleans and responds to feedback submitted by SharePoint users to continually improve the Proposal Central site
  • Other duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years' experience in a related field or area
  • Exceptional project and time management
  • Intermediate experience using SharePoint Online, Classic or SharePoint 2019 or 2016
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to think analytically to solve complex problems and issues
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Modern UI preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPlatform (Apps, Automate and BI) preferred
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CardioLog or equivalent preferred
  • Strong grammar and proofing knowledge and experience preferred
  • Ability to travel on occasion to participate in firm or department meetings and training seminars.
