Market Provider Specialist
As Market Provider Specialist, you will work with Providers (PCPs, Nephrologists, Hospitals, etc.), in markets that Strive is contracted to deliver services, to educate and develop relationships with high priority Providers. In this role the Market Provider Specialist will work closely with the General Manager and Network Integration team to develop and maintain relationships with providers with strategic importance, schedule time with the providers, and then share relevant reports regarding the shared patients and programmatic updates. This important role ensures our highly vulnerable CKD and ESRD patients have the highest level of quality and continuity of care.
Essential Functions

  • Works closely with Strive's Network Physician, pulling them in when discussions are clinically focused
  • Organizes outreach to Provider base
  • Owns and manages relationship and performance of assigned provider groups. Serves as primary point of contact for assigned providers.
  • Communicates and shares provider reporting
  • Completes provider orientation for all applicable product lines to educate, resolve issues, and educate staff/providers.
  • Establishes consistent and strong relationships with provider groups utilizing an account management approach.
  • Plans, prepares, and executes effective provider group meetings/discussion with proper objectives and expected outcomes.
  • Provides continual training to assigned providers until and/or if Market Operations takes on this role
  • Performs special projects as assigned


Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of healthcare experience, with specific experience in engaging with Providers
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Comfortable presenting to Providers and driving the conversation, answering unscripted questions, and building relationships based on subject matter expertise
  • Comfortable reviewing data and reporting with provider groups and using analytics to drive performance improvement
  • Able to identify a problem, develop plan and execute to resolution, and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Comfortable with project management techniques and able to develop a project plan that includes collaborating with market leadership and supporting departments
  • Highly responsive to Providers as "customer" being a single point of contact for valuable relationships
  • Persistence getting to "yes" in the face of many "no's"
  • Comfortable working as a member of team in high paced startup environment
  • Outgoing, sales focused skill set
  • Ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • 2+ years managing/building high quality Provider Networks
  • Ability to be strategic as well as tactical
  • Proven record of success with onboarding Providers
  • Ability to connect the dots for Providers across a much larger scope then just job responsibility
  • Quick on your feet answering of questions that may had not been anticipated
