Responsibilities:

• You will report to the Global Director, Sales Operations
• You will promote the strategy in improving the deal desk and proposals operations
• You will provide expertise on contract negotiations, including complex non- standard deal structure, discount incentives and order processing
• You will improve the current process and create new streamlined processes to complete standard, non complex deals
• Draft proposals and Statements of Work in partnership with scoping teams, Sales, and Revenue Management
• You will lead the strategy in driving competitive research to inform senior management on analysis and pricing recommendations
• Help develop the strategy to improve the current RFP process and work with multiple partners
• Write, edit, and creatively speak about Unqork's platform and its functionalities
• You will maintain an accurate record of all proposals submitted including drafts and approved version

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Economics, Statistics, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years working in a Proposals or a Deal Desk Strategy role
• Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) knowledge and other data analysis platforms
• Experience writing proposals for a SaaS company
• You will work with multiple partners in an environment with developing processes and structures
• Experience implementing processes and driving adoption
