What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Promote new member enrollment in the Sportsbook app.
  • Be knowledgeable of and promote all active Race & Sportsbook promotions.
  • Assist guests with the enrollment process on the app. Occasionally help guest input information into the app or complete paper forms.
  • Assist guests using the Sportsbook kiosk to access their account, add funds or input bets.
  • Verify and ID guests to ensure new members are of the legal gaming age.
  • Greet guests, answer questions and be an informational resource regarding guest inquiries. Answer basic property questions as they relate to the Sportsbook, rewards card or current promotions.
  • Listen to guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward guests and employees.
  • Take and forward accurate messages from guests.
  • Assist in executing all Sportsbook promotions.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments on an as needed basis.
  • Meet department attendance, uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
  • Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21+ years of age or older.
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with guests and employees.
  • Available to work multiple shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Essential Functions/Exposures:

  • Must be able to sit, type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, pull or push 25lbs.
  • Regular attendance in the office.
