The Implementation Team focuses on building standardized, repeatable implementation programs to successfully onboard a client to SMS Assist. This individual coordinates and supports a successful deployment of the new client implementation plan, building and implementing transformations using customizable solutions for each company's unique business strategy.
Responsibilities

  • During the simplest complexity implementations acts as the main client liaison (with assistance), responds to implementation specific questions and coordinates responses to general inquiries
  • Supports other Project Managers across 2-4 projects during larger implementations
  • Strives for exemplary customer interactions and represents the world class customer service that SMS Assist seeks to deliver
  • Builds strong relationships with all key internal teams (e.g. Operations, Product, Affiliate, Legal & Sales) to deliver on client implementations
  • Tracks project against agreed upon delivery dates and provides weekly written status updates through established reporting mechanisms to client and internal stakeholders/senior-level personnel
  • Understands the escalation process for project risks and issues; develops and executes mitigation plans, involving internal teams as necessary
  • Has a working understanding of the implementation project plan and customizes it to suit the delivery of basic complexity client implementations
  • Modifies and creates (as necessary) SMS Assist standard implementation documents, tools and processes to manage change successfully throughout the course of the project, with basic understanding of the impact of change on the overall project/program
  • Documents and creates content for new and existing processes and publishes to the Implementation Team's knowledge base
  • Fosters a positive team environment
  • Ensures confidentiality of internal and external data
  • Performs ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

  • Basic use of content/knowledge management tools e.g. Microsoft SharePoint, Bloomfire etc.


People Management Skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of related business experience


Other Relevant Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience
