As the Program/Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Plans/manages both programs and projects that are directly tied to implementation of the Product Lifecycle across the Intel Supply Chain
- Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program.
- Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify, and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule.
- Assess risk and identify issues. Develops solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion.
- Monitor progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate.
- Coordinate resources with other functions.
- Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Manage Plan/POR/Hiring activities within Strategic to Action and support organization initiatives.
- Own, organize and facilitate key meetings and the associated content.
- Develop presentations and disseminate employee communications packages.
- Own, drive, and report on workforce related operational metrics and indicators.
- Drive, track, and analyze group objectives, key performance indicators and other org health initiatives.
- Revamp business processes that are outdated to meet torrid pace and the Product Lifecycle requirements, develop recommendations for improvements and execution plans

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field of study AND/OR the below years of experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in:
-Project/program management and/or Business Operations
-Driving business processes and new initiatives across organizations
-Influencing and collaborating across organizational boundaries
-Communicating with all levels of the organization including senior- level management
