Job Summary: In a career as a Program Support Admin in the Aftercare Program, you are often the backbone of Boys Towns success when it comes to ensuring our operations are running successfully and smoothly. You arent just a supporting player, but someone that others can count on when it comes to our mission.
We are seeking someone who has a can-do attitude and can take initiative to get things done! You will partner with multiple departments as well as external partners in marketing, IT, research, licensing, compliance. Responsible for high level reporting and technological support. Must be able to understand and prioritize needs of the department. Will compile data and requirements and come up with effective solutions to maximize value throughout the department.
Schedule:Full Time (M-F days)
Responsibilities: Facilitates the development, tracking, and reporting of metrics for progress reporting, evaluation of services, and tracks progress against identified objectives of the Aftercare strategic plan utilizing the program dashboards.

  • Participates in the development, coordination, and monitoring of procedures to ensure implementation and maintenance of digital solutions for Aftercare program services. This may include being the key responsible party for a program specific application for program participants.
  • Partners with legal and compliance to continuously review, update, and implement necessary licensing and compliance measures and practices. Keeps documentation as necessary to support any program compliance steps, and objectives.
  • Monitors the external environment and identifies significant changes that may have a potential impact on the ability and capacity of the program to achieve positive societal outcomes.
  • Identifies and analyzes business opportunities for the Aftercare program.
  • Assists with identifying and communicating problems and barriers to program implementation, including contingencies between initiatives.
  • Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and promote awareness and moral principles of the Mission, Vision, & Values of Boys Town.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with contract work, non-profit culture/funding, operations/policy implementation is required.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skillset (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) is required.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of state regulations around child welfare is preferred.
  • Previous experience maintaining operational dashboards or program specific applications is preferred.
  • Experience in Boys Town Model is preferred.
  • Knowledge of operational planning, resource allocation, project management, and coordination of people and resources in a non-profit organization.
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage to an assigned budget and meet operational deadlines.
  • Knowledge of writing and reviewing contracts.
  • Ability to access, evaluate, and certify outcome-based results using proven procedures.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization and with external contacts in an articulate, professional manner while maintaining necessary degree of confidentiality.
  • Basic knowledge of technology in order to support program specific applications and update program documentation.
  • Ability to build relationships both inside and outside the organization.
