Come join our Community Operations team
Our Community Operations team is committed to building the Karat brand and long-term value of the business in order to help achieve revenue and margin targets.
What you will do
As a Program Operations Manager for our Community Operations team at Karat, you will be responsible for driving continuous process and program improvements within our Interview Delivery .
Karat’s HQ is based in Seattle, Washington, but we are open to remote U.S.-based candidates for this role. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Own and report on key operational metrics in our Community Operations team.
- Launch experiments to identify new levers for improving operational performance.
- Continuously build process improvements within the Community Operations team, utilizing industry-recognized frameworks and tools.
- Serve as a Project Manager on a variety of key initiatives related to the onboarding, performance management, NPS, etc. for Karat’s freelance Interview Engineers.
- Identify ways to streamline existing operational flow, looking for time-savings and/or cost-savings.
- Work closely with Community Operations Specialists to ensure process and program improvements are executed and measured for impact.
- Liaise with Karat’s Engineering, Product, and Technical Content teams, among others, to ensure operational alignment.
The experience you will bring
- 3+ years of experience in an operations-focused role (driving improvements and operating excellence to a high degree of success)
- Successful track record of driving strategy, cross-functional projects, and programs
- Marketplace experience strongly preferred
- Experience with program and project planning, prioritization, and collaboration for large-scale initiatives
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Resourceful, change-oriented collaborator with a history of working in ambiguous environments
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor a presentation to the audience
- History building cross-functional partnerships, with increased credibility to influence and improve business outcomes
