About the team:

Robinhood’s Tech Programs organization works to enable Robinhood’s growth and Engineering program success. We’re seeking a master multitasker with exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a highly cross-functional and fast-paced environment. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional partners on critical projects across Engineering, especially within Tech Programs and Tech Learning.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Support long-term technical programs to increase efficiency and reduce risk
  • Partner with stakeholders to scale and optimize the comprehensive Robinhood Engineering Onboarding experience
  • Monitor feedback data and collect insights to inform future program development
  • Own and maintain planning resources (calendars, dashboards, wikis, documents) to ensure clarity and consistency in information and communications
  • Ensure process dependencies with downstream impacts are managed effectively
  • Manage communications throughout program lifecycles to ensure alignment among program partners and new hires

About you:

  • 2-4 years experience in Project Management, Program Management or other Operations roles
  • Proven experience monitoring complex cross-functional processes and projects
  • Basic data analysis skills and ability to craft data-driven proposals
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships
  • Resourcefulness, persistence, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Google Suite and planning tools (Airtable, Coda, JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve, and escalate as necessary

Bonus points:

  • Experience working in an Engineering organization and interacting with employees of all levels
  • Experience with project management or administration for learning programs
  • Knowledge of learning program evaluation principles
  • Admin experience with an LMS
