Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Administrator to join our team in Annapolis Junction. In this role, you will support the program in accordance with contractual requirements. As a Program Administrator, you will coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies and practices. Support planning and coordination of program events. Schedule and organize leadership/management meetings. Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.). Keep updated records, files, and reports on all employees. Create and maintain reports when needed. Support growth and program development. Help build positive relations within the team and external parties. Collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management, and clients on a regular basis. We are also seeking a professional, organized, problem solver, with great verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provides administrative support to endure efficient operation of office.
  • Schedules meetings, maintain calendars, greet visitors, etc.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail.
  • Supports program by performing tasks related to organization.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Responsible for in-processing and out-processing of employees and partnering with the Staffing Manager.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, and 3-5 years of experience, but can be substituted with experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, and 5 years of experience, but can be substituted with experience

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to collaborate with other leaders/teams, use standard office automation equipment, and virtual communication.
For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
