The Professional, Technical Services position is responsible for critical thinking, root-cause analysis, triaging of issues and end-user software support for the CoreLogic / Platinum Valuations. Acts as first response level to any enterprise issues reported via phone queue, email, instant messaging or ticketing system. On-call rotation shared among the team as required. Strong support and customer services skills are desired to be successful in this role. Also responsible for imaging and deploying corporate imaged iPads following best practices.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Managing customer service trouble tickets - Phone queue, email queue and ticketing queue - 80%
2. Mobile Device trouble shooting, imaging, hardware replacement, and root cause analysis - 20%

Business hours are Monday - Friday 7 am - 7 pm CST

After hours availability for rotational on call time Monday - Friday 7PM to 9PM and Saturdays 8AM to Noon is required.

Job Qualifications:

Education: HS Degree

Experience:
• 2-3 years' experience in production support / help desk / business analyst support experience with specialized business knowledge• Previous experience resolving system issues, working with a ticketing and escalation process• Mortgage Industry and Valuation experience preferred• Follows department policies and procedures• Adhere to Service Level Agreements

Knowledge and Skills:• Experience with an enterprise level ticketing system• Experience supporting mobile devices - Apple• Strong trouble shooting skills within a Windows environment• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal• MS Office experience: MS Word, Outlook, Excel• Detail oriented, organized, with the ability to multi-task on a wide range of issues• Analytical skills• Strong customer service skills supporting end users
