This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join a hyper growth startup scaling our Professional Services team in EMEA. We’re in search of an established and experienced professional services leader who will be responsible for building out the team in EMEA while managing the day-to-day operations of a fast paced professional services organization. You'll have an opportunity to build your team from the ground up, partner with like minded business leaders from the GTM organization and work with some of the world's best know brands to ensure they have an amazing onboarding experience.
 
Ultimately we’re looking for a player-coach who knows how to hustle and is prepared to get their hands dirty; you shouldn’t be afraid to jump into sales calls or discovery workshops to help out the team, use our platform to build out a customers instance or manage a project. You'll help build out the team by hiring amazing people who share our core values, motivate and coach them to ensure successful outcomes for our customers, and ensure your team is hitting their project delivery, utilization and customer satisfaction targets.
 
The Role:
 
  • Recruit and hire the Professional Services team across EMEA, especially focused on the UK, Benelux, Nordics, & DACH regions.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the EMEA Professional Services team, with a focus on project delivery, utilisation and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Partner with the GTM leadership team to build out the go-to-market motion across EMEA, and the Business Development team to build out the partner network.
  • Build relationships with our customers to ensure we are constantly delivering value.
  • Contribute to the definition, development and improvement of both regional and global operational processes.
  • Construct a fun, high-energy environment where Consultants and Project Managers love coming to work and feel as if they’re being developed towards their fullest potential.
  • Prioritize the customer experience, lead by example, and monitor adherence to professional services policies and procedures across your reports.
  • This role will be based in Dublin, with the opportunity to work remotely within Ireland.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional services management experience and 7+ years of professional services consulting experience in a SaaS company.
  • Proven results in building and executing within a professional services organization.
  • Strong project management, people management, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.
  • Positive attitude, high energy and a GTD mindset.
  • Some travel may be required based on client needs.
 
Bonus If You Have:
  • Experience in SaaS, PPM software, or collaborative work management (CWM) tools such as Monday, Wrike, Planview, Changepoint, CA, Mavenlink, Workfront, etc.
  • Experience with relevant enterprise solutions such as JIRA, ServiceNow, SFDC, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Netsuite, etc.
  • Experience in Big 4 consulting firm or equivalent enterprise software Professional Services org, deploying software across multiple organizations and use cases of an enterprise.
  • Experience building technical integrations via API, middleware, or PaaS tools.
  • PMP or Agile Scrum certification.
  • MBA preferred
