What We Are Building
Domino’s professional services team exists to more efficiently help Domino’s customers realize value and drive product adoption. This position is responsible for driving successful deployments of Domino’s technology across all customers in the region. He/she will partner cross-functionally to support all customer engagement efforts and will liaise frequently with the Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty and adoption of the Domino platform
What Your Impact Will Be
The Professional Services Regional Lead is a key position for Domino, responsible for ensuring that our customers are realizing the most value of our products and services by positioning, managing the delivery and follow-up of our professional services and training engagements. This position partners with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product Teams on campaigns, programs, and offers to drive services revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Scale our growing services business, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that outcomes meet customer goals.
- Drive alignment and support for the sales organisation in positioning services and creating new business opportunities to achieve regional sales objectives
- Ensure effective and profitable delivery of services to customers by working with regional Sales & CSM leadership to deploy resources efficiently
- Develop and offer successful services offerings to accelerate the customer journey, optimize customer satisfaction, and improve retention of new and existing customers
- Perform analysis and recommend opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, improve process
- Ensuring timely delivery and management of resource forecasting, opportunity forecasting, proposal/SOW writing, and achieving required approvals, contract and invoicing status
- Collaborate with the Domino Partner Organization to develop and enable a regional partner eco-system capable of delivering Domino projects
What We Look For In This Role
- You have 5+ years of experience positioning and selling professional services in enterprise software companies
- You have significant experience in driving successful software deployments at enterprise customers across different industries
- You have a deep understanding of enterprise customer relationships
- You are a top-performer with demonstrable past success achieving relevant targets and KPIs
- You have experience in designing and implementing initiatives and processes to scale top-performing professional services teams
- You’re a great communicator, including the ability to drive cross-functional alignment, actively managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders, and handling conflict
- You take an entrepreneurial approach, are self-aware and an inspiring character with great energy
- You are systematic, meticulous, perceptive, professional, and people-oriented
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and leverage your consultative and exceptional communication skills to develop meaningful relationships with both customers and colleagues.
