ROLE OVERVIEW
The Professional Services Enablement Manager will spearhead the design, development, and rollout of best-in-class post-sales and GTM learning content and materials to support Benchling’s growing Customer Experience (CX) organization. You will build curriculums and associated training materials to support our internal training programs.
YOUR IMPACT
- Develop and organize a scalable processes for the creation, maintenance, and communication of comprehensive technical training content, ensuring content is always up to date, clear, engaging, and well-organized
- Develop our partner training certification program by creating content and facilitating training sessions
- Proactively stay informed of changes to products and service offerings, and adjust training programs accordingly; become an expert on all Benchling’s core products, developer platform, APIs, configuration tools, and services
- Develop and manage a skillset assessment program for Benchling team members, and leverage the program to inform future learning plans for the organization
ABOUT YOU Must Haves:
- Enablement Knowledge - experience in technical enablement - from learning design, delivery, gamification, badging, certifications, course taxonomy, LMS expertise
- Technical / SaaS Implementation Experience - comfortable with technical complexity and managing technical education
- Team Player - excellent team player with “do what it takes” attitude, passion to mentor teammates and internal post-sales constituents
- Scientific Knowledge - experience or comfortable with speaking to and training on Life Sciences terminology, industries, processes
- Communication Skills - able to lead, present to, and persuade others in an effective manner; strong facilitation skills - can model training facilitation skills to team
- 5-7+ years of related technical/post-sales enablement, SaaS post-sales experience/operations, and/or SaaS implementation experience
