Job Description

Our software platform makes lien rights simple, so that contractors and suppliers can complete projects on time and under budget with the peace of mind that they are going to get paid. As a part of our Professional Services team, you'll provide our customers with a five-star experience by taking tasks off their plate. This includes processing payment paperwork and getting their jobs into their account so they can monitor their deadlines. You’ll perform various online research tasks to ensure accuracy of data, review discrepancies that may arise, and be the knowledge expert about the different processes you will be administering. This is an incredible opportunity to get your foot in the door at a fast-growing, dynamic company.

  • Attention to detail: you’ll be handling data for hundreds of clients, each with their own unique workflow
  • Excellent communication skills: customers and colleagues will rely on you to communicate clearly and concisely via email, Slack, over the phone, and in person
  • Deadline focused: your work helps our customers manage millions in revenue and timeliness is an essential part of protecting those payments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Excel
