This is a remote position and can be performed anywhere in the US and Canada

  • Analyze customer's challenges and take a primary role in the design, development and implementation of comprehensive solutions that integrate smoothly into customer environments.
  • Troubleshoot first and intermediate level support tickets.
  • Responds to and resolves tickets/requests.
  • Identify gaps and improvements in the proposed design and partner with Solution Consultants and Project Managers to reevaluate the design and project plan.
  • Perform root cause analysis of any recurring problem.
  • Review and analyze application/error logs.
  • Ability to read logs files and provide RCA.
  • Coordinating with third parties and clients for the smooth running of business.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the resources.
  • Research new technologies and try implementing the same for growth of organization.
  • Connect with user and check if there are any problems in existing solutions and apply the fixes.
  • Weekly project status reporting to the client or as and when required.
  • Provide detailed documentation of solution to client.
  • Customer interaction for ticket status reporting or work directly with client for any ticket resolution.
  • SLA support - Ensure that all SLA projects are delivered according to the specification.
  • Ability to design and implement - application development, Data migration, integration, reports (BIRT).
  • Creation of PMR and Interaction with IBM for any product related issue.

• Experience in IBM Maximo v7.6 Asset, Work Management and Supply Chain modules
• Experience in Maximo add-ons (Utilities, Scheduler, Spatial etc.)
• Identify areas of customization and optimization and provide solutions that meet the business requirements
• Ability to do enhancements, perform application, solution development, data conversion and migration efforts
• Designs and develops new integrations as required
• Conduct Maximo installations and upgrades
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work in an onsite-offshore project delivery model
