Position Summary
Define and develop the long-term product and services strategy for the Offshore Projects Group Integrated Vessel Projects. Develop technology roadmaps and manage product development projects to enhance Vessel Delivery Model.
Identify and mature strategic partnerships.

- Role provides the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, working both virtually and in office when required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide insight and recommendations into innovative OPG solutions and technology
- Create and define OPG Technology Roadmap on an annual basis.
- Identify and define Alternative Technologies & Growth Opportunities.
- Conduct competitive intelligence.
- Conduct product life cycle assessments on OPG product Offerings
- Assess opportunities for strategic partnerships - Vessels, Vendors, Technology differentiators
- Provide an interface between OPG service offerings, Sales initiatives, and Strategic Objectives.
- Interact on a regular basis with Business Unit Leads and peers to develop & deliver strategic objectives
- Create OPG portfolio growth / review plans.
- Close coordination with all OI product development teams to provide overlapping and wider reaching innovative solutions.
- Identify & Execute Cross Business Segment, Integrated Service Offerings, Solutions & Opportunities.
- Provide commercial support where necessary.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
- BSc or BEng degree (or equivalent) education and experience
- Must hold/maintain a valid passport and be able to obtain visas for international travel.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with exposure to Subsea Markets, Offshore Vessel and IMR Contracts & Operations with relevant offshore operational experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and ERP System.
- Regional intercultural communications and business relationships (in assigned region)

- Experience evidencing a strong Business Acumen.

- Experience with customer-facing marketing, communications, and negotiations.
- Exposure to International Markets
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
